His New Friend
Sam was feeling a little down. He wished to have a new friend to play with. One day, while he was exploring in the yard, he saw something unusual. It was a little animal with glowing feathers. Sam quietly approached the creature and spoke, "Hello! What's your name?" The creature laughed and answered Sam, "I'm Lily!" And so, Sam made a new mate. They spent the rest of the day talking together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be close buddies forever.
